If you make a Santa's Grotto booking, we may collect information including the parent or carer's name, email address, telephone number, booking details and information about the child or children included in the booking.

We use booking information to administer your Santa's Grotto booking, manage available time slots, contact you where necessary, confirm your booking and help us provide the booked visit safely and appropriately.

Information provided about a child's allergies, health or access needs is used only where necessary to help us support that child during their visit.

We do not sell personal information.

Personal information is only accessible to those who need it to administer Jingle Bell Bash or the Santa's Grotto, and to service providers used to operate our booking and website systems where necessary.

How long we keep Grotto booking information

Personal information collected for the 2026 JBB Santa's Grotto will normally be deleted by 31 January 2027.

Particular information may be retained for longer where this is necessary because of an incident, complaint, safeguarding matter or legal obligation.
